10 Steps to Confidence and Personal Power

1. Allow others to make a fools of themselves without your help.

2. Warn yourself firmly with your index finger in the mirror daily.

3. Make a list of the things you can do, and be competent in them.

4. Allow other people to react unconsciously while you keep still.

5. Always notice what is happening in the distance on the horizon.

6. Discipline and develop your physical fitness with daily exercise.

7. Walk up straight, feeling as tall as possible, head square and level.

8. Believe and understand that 'success' is in achieving your own goals.

9. Believe and understand that 'failure' is only when you choose to give up.

10. Answer all questions with only a "Yes." or "No." - excuses are for wimps.
