10 Steps to Perfect Health

1. Walk for 20 minutes every day during the golden sun.

2. Meditate for 20 minutes every day before breakfast.

3. Eat 5 differently coloured fruits every day.

4. Eat 5 differently coloured vegetables every day.

5. Stand and take 5 deep breaths hourly, on the hour.

6. Get 10 minutes of sunlight at midday without a hat.

7. Adopt an attitude of gratitude with a firm belief in God.

8. Drink 1 litre of clear water in addition to all other fluids.

9. Share everything with your best friend on a regular basis.

10. Take this daily to strengthen and clear the mind and body.
